The MCIT program is intended for students without backgrounds in Computer Science or related fields, and expects no prior experience in programming or developing software. Typically, associates degrees in computer and information technology take around a year and a half to complete, but they can be completed either more quickly or at a slower pace depending upon the specific program and the individual studentsâ schedules and preferences.
